Why is a patron getting the "Insufficient Access" webpage on the library website?

This page appears when a patron is blocked from accessing a specific e-resource due to their group membership: being a DKU or Sponsored Account user.
If you believe the patron received this page in error, please report the issue via AskTech. Please review the list of restricted resources from DKU patrons.
