We used to have access to a resource, and now I'm not seeing it. What happened?
Answer
There are many possible reasons why a resource is no longer visible in the DUL catalog, Summon discovery, Online Journal Titles search, or A-Z Database List. Possible reasons include:
- Data migration issue in the Books and Media Catalog
- DUL no longer subscribes to the resource
- The resource was previously available in a subscription aggregator package, and the vendor removed the content
- Technical issues with the e-resource platform
- Title change, platform migration, or move to OA caused the e-resource metadata to change
- Title was removed from the catalog by mistake
- The vendor discontinued the e-resource
