When do I refer an issue to AskTech?

DUL staff are encouraged to contact AskTech for assistance with any e-resource access issue, from broken links to incorrect metadata. If you aren't sure what the issue is, please feel encouraged to reach out! Contact AskTech by emailing asktech@duke.edu or submitting a question form

For complex access issues that require Collections Services support to resolve, we have created the FAQ Topic "AskTech Required" (see below). Click on that topic to learn more about the issues that must be resolved by Collections Services staff.
